The antique lavaliere pendant does not have a metal mark. It was tested with nitric acid and a "kee" tester to be 10k gold gold. It weighs 1.3 grams. The piece measures 1 1/8" x 9/16". The enamel looks to be ok. Set in the center is a round blue stone. It is either blue glass or blue quartz. The stone is surrounded by natural pearls. There is also a pearl that hangs at the bottom. At the top is a loop to accommodate a chain.
